What is Ayush Kavach?

AyushKavach is a subscription-based healthcare plan launched by AyushPay, a Delhi-based healthcare company. Members will get free OPDs, free full body health check up discount on medicines, and pre-approved loan up to 15 lakhs.

How many plans do you have?

We have the following 3 plans:

  • Individual: Covering 2 OPDs, free health check-up, free mental health consultation, free eye examination, free mental health counselling, free diet consultation, pre-approved no cost loan upto Rs. 5 Lakh, and discounts on diagnostics and medicines. This plan covers only you.
  • Couple: Covering 3 OPDs, free health check-up, free mental health consultations, free eye examinations, free mental health counsellings, free diet consultations, pre-approved o cost loan upto Rs. 10 Lakh, and discounts on diagnostics and medicines. This plan covers you and your partner.
  • Family: Covering 4 OPDs, free health check-up, free mental health consultation, free eye examination, free mental health counsellings, free diet consultations, pre-approved no cost loans upto Rs. 15 Lakh, and discounts on diagnostics and medicines. This plan covers you, your partner and up to 2 children.

I already have insurance; then why should I take this?

We are sure your health insurance policy is a good one, but does it give you:

Can I see any doctor in any hospital?

We are offering the General Physicians appointments for now. We have more than 10,000 hospitals on our network Pan India. All you have to do is call our helpline and we will give you a hassle-free experience.

Do I need to pay anything in Hospital?

No, it is completely cashless. You just have to visit the hospital and see the doctor. We will take care of the rest.

Is there any age bracket?

Our plans are available to all individuals under the age of 65. Everyone's health matters to us.

Does this card cover pre-existing diseases as well?

Yes, we cover all diseases. There is no restriction on availing of funds based on any disease.

Is there an age limit for the healthcare loan?

Individuals aged 21 to 60 can get the loan. We aim to ease your financial worries.

Is there any qualifying criteria for availing the loan?

Yes, the final amount is subjected to user’s credit history and CIBIL score. Since it is a medical loan, it will be paid directly to our partner hospital on your behalf.

Is there any waiting period?

OPD services will be active after 30 days, loan after 45 days and the health check-up after 90 days.

Will I get any physical card?

You will get a digital card within 3 days of purchase. A physical copy of the card will be shared with you in 8-10 working days.

How do I book an appointment / test?

Simply call our helpline number (+91-9711221080) and book. Our team will share details of available hospitals and doctors’ on the call. You will receive an appointment letter / message from our supply partner which you simply need to show at the patient desk at your care facility.

How can I purchase this card?

Is the amount refundable if services will not be availed?

No, it is not refundable.

Where can I see my pending OPD balance and other benefits?

Call our helpline to get the required information. We will also routinely share this via WhatsApp

Are you IRDAI affiliated?

We are not an insurance product and do not need the IRDAI affiliation. Our health plans complement your existing health insurance, not replace it.

What’s the process of renewal?

You can renew annually by calling our helpline.

What if the Hospital cancel the appointment?

Our team will inform you in advance in case of any such event. In such an instance, your benefits will be restored to your card.

What if I cancel the appointment?
